If you wish to make a new preference or have not already applied for a place, please complete and return the
Late Secondary 2020 Application Form at your earliest opportunity and return it
before Thursday 12th March 2020 to be considered for a place in the late allocation which will be processed on Friday 13th March 2020. Please note, a maximum of three preferences can be held for each child, therefore you may be required to withdraw a preference if you have already reached this maximum.

Application to primary 2020
Parents and carers of pre-school children (born between 01/09/2015 and 31/08/2016) living in Halton are now invited to apply for a primary school place in September 2020. The deadline to apply on-time for a primary school place in September 2020 was Wednesday
15th January 2020 and has now passed. Parents/carers wishing to make an application are now required to complete the Late Primary Application Form 2020 which can be found in the link below or you can visit any of the Halton Direct Link Offices to request one.

HALTON BOROUGH COUNCIL DETERMINED ADMISSION ARRANGEMENTS AND CO-ORDINATED SCHEMES FOR THE SEPTEMBER 2020 INTAKE
In accordance with statutory requirements Halton Local Authority consulted between 8th October and 16th November 2018 on its proposed admission arrangements for community and voluntary controlled schools, and co-ordinated primary and secondary admission schemes which apply to all schools in Halton for the September 2020 intake. At a meeting held on 16th January 2019 the Council’s Executive Board agreed the arrangements and a link to the determined arrangements is attached below.
Voluntary Aided Schools and Academy/Free Schools who intend amending their arrangements may be undertaking their own consultation and you should visit the school’s website where those details should be available for viewing. Halton Local Authority’s

Following consultation, the Council’s Executive Board at the meeting held on 16th January 2020, determined the admission arrangements for community and voluntary controlled schools for the September 2021 intake, and the Primary and Secondary coordinated admission schemes for the September 2021 intake, which apply to all schools in Halton (Academy, Free Schools, Voluntary Aided, Community, and Voluntary Controlled). Anyone wishing to make an objection to Halton’s determined admission arrangements must contact the
Schools Adjudicator by15th May 2020 to register their objection. Details regarding the admission arrangements for Academies and Voluntary Aided schools in Halton can be found on the school’s own website, along with details of how to formally object.
