Liverpool City Region and West Lancashire Recreation Mitigation on the Coast Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) Scoping Report

A consultation was undertaken on the scope and content of the Recreation Mitigation at the coast SPD. This consultation closed on 9th October 2023. We now await the findings of this consultation so that work on the SPD can progress.​

Draft Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) 2025/6

Halton Borough Council is inviting representations on the below Transport and Accessibility and House Extension SPDs. This consultation will run from the 13^th of November until the 11^th of December 2025. Submissions can be made via email to forward.planning@halton.gov.uk or by post to the Local Plan Team at the address: Planning Policy Team, PO Box 317, Runcorn, WA7 9BZ.
