Article 4​

Halton Borough Council introduced an immediate Article 4 Direction on Wednesday 24th September. This removes the permitted development right to convert a use Class C3 (dwellinghouse) to a use falling within Class C4 (Houses in Multiple Occupation). This will impact parts of Appleton, Central & West Bank, Halebank, Mersey & Weston, Beechwood & Heath, Grange, Bridgewater, Halton Castle, Halton Lea, Norton North and Norton South & Weston Brook.
