The Welfare Rights Service provides advice, information and representation on all aspects of Welfare Benefits and debt problems to residents of Halton.

We also have two Macmillan Welfare Rights workers who specialise in helping people who are suffering with cancer to claim benefits and grants. These staff currently hold surgeries at Halton Hospital.
