Halton Safeguarding Children's Board are currently looking for staff to join their multi agency training pool to deliver HSCB courses.  We are looking for people to deliver across a range of safeguarding courses who have experience in delivering training or who are experienced practitioners who would be willing to develop their skills to deliver training.  This is not a paid position but is regarded as continuing your professional and personal development and you would need your managers consent to be released from work for a minimum of 2 days per annum (part time staff pro rata).

To support our pool we can offer staff an opportunity to attend our North West Inter Agency Training the Trainer Course, information regarding this is attached.  Please let me know if this is something you would be interested in doing.

At the moment we have the centre booked for the whole day, with the potential of the comp being split in half depending on numbers so I cannot give you times as of yet. The team size is a team of 4, 2 boys and 2 girls.

Please let me know if you wish to attend the competition and when I have a good idea of numbers I will then send out the times of the event. Can you please let me know as soon as possible as it will make the organisation a little easier.

Join us for some Family learning activities to celebrate the World Cup 2018

 Applies to-All Schools

Click here for further details on how to book.

Your Family Learning team would like to offer you an opportunity to book their services for a one off workshop based on the World Cup.

This will follow the format of our very successful Bird Café Workshops that schools hosted in the Autumn Term.  We are hoping that this will offer the opportunity for those schools who struggle to engage parents on longer courses, the chance to host some Family Learning for parents in their school.
